Job Summary
The Social Media operator is responsible in fully monitoring the Social Media Accounts of the company.
Skills and qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relation;
- At least two (2) years of experience as a Social Media Operator;
- Proven working experience in social media operator or as a Digital Media Specialist;
- Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Tiktok and Facebook and others;
- Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness;
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operation and promotion of the mobile internet self-media platform Facebook/Live Games weekly;
- Track the ongoing Live/Giveaway once a week for the Brand;
- Track the winners and send the prizes to them via GCash (monitor and make sure it is listed on a excel sheet);
- Pay close attention to winner while doing live;
- Someone who will contact the viewers for their prizes/ for the game prior as well;
- Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, Tiktok, and other relevant platforms;
- Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms;
- Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation;
- Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management;
- Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns;
- Manages social media communications;
- Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits;
