Title: Social Media & Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote | LATAM | Philippines
Hours: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, US hours) 8am - 4pm EST
Salary: USD $1,600-$2,000/month (depending on experience)About Our Client:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media & Virtual Assistant to take ownership of their social media presence and provide administrative support. This role combines content creation, community engagement, and calendar/email management to help the owner focus on growing the business.Key Responsibilities:
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
Use Canva and other tools to design and edit graphics and videos.
Interact with followers, respond to comments, and monitor social engagement.
Track and report weekly performance metrics.
Manage the owner's calendar, appointments, and email inbox.
Categorize and prioritize emails, flag urgent matters, and manage scheduling conflicts.
Collaborate with the owner to plan boosted advertising campaigns.
Maintain access to and effectively use tools including Google Suite, Canva, My Service Robot, and WhatsApp.
Qualifications & Experience:
2+ years of experience in social media management and/or virtual assistance.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation best practices.
Skilled with Canva and other creative tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with Google Suite, scheduling tools, and CRM platforms preferred.
Prior experience with US-based clients is a plus.
Interview Process: * Introductory call with the client.
Skills assessment for social media content creation and scheduling.
Final interview with the client.
Additional Notes:
This is a full-time remote role requiring US working hours alignment.
