JOB DESCRIPTION
As a social media manager, you'll manage an organization's online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analyzing usage data, facilitating customer service, and managing projects and campaigns. Social Media Managers are responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.
JOB QUALIFICATION
At east 5 years of professional experience in Socia Media Marketing or a related fied
Bachelor’s degree
In-depth knowledge and understandng of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok etc.) and how each platform can be effectively deployed
Abiity to effectively communicate information and ideas in written, audo and video format
Knowledgeand experience in the fundamentals of marketing
Demonstrated creatiivty and documented immersion in social media. (Give inks to profiles as examples).
Abiity to use data to analyze campaign performance and Return on Ad Spend
Abiity to the collaborate and lead coleagues(i.e.,content development, creation and editing of content, andonline reputation management).
Agile and able to quickly respond to social media trends
Strategic and critical thinker, independent, and active problem solver
