Overseeing a company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies and managing the company profiles. Someone who will help us build our community, engage our target audience, strategize and launch social media campaigns, and someone who will be responsible for growing our social media presence. The Social Media Manager will be assigned to perform the following duties and responsibilities which include, but are not limited to:
 
• Social media management/content creation/advertisement/marketing/recruiting
• Respond to consumer queries and comments on social media
• Manage a social media calendar (should be able to plan content ahead of time and provide calendar to manager as necessary
• Reach out to potential talent/candidates/influencers on different apps
• Monitor messages/inboxes on all apps and work with manager to craft responses to all
•  Analyze and create the report for digital performance data
•  Delivers accurate and timely tracking reports, which includes but not limited to: post campaign reports, spending reports, value measurement, etc.
•  Do Market Research (helping to gather background research on business ideas)
 
 
Requirements:
 
• At least 3 years experience in Social Media Management
• Knowledge of social media marketing platform and tools
• Familiar with Canva or any other design tools or software
• Must be creative, outside of the box posting that doesn’t look like “ads". We want to promote more of the lifestyle of our client
• Must have initiative to find more candidates/lead generation; new ideas are welcome and generating new leads should be the objective of this position
• Flawless grasp of English language is necessary, both for content writing and posts as well as answering messages/emails
• Tech-savvy, creative, critical thinker, problem solver, can “think out of the box”
