You'll be the on-camera face of the brand-hosting engaging TikTok Lives, producing short-form videos that stop the scroll, and helping convert audiences into loyal fans. This role is perfect for creators who thrive on performance, consistency, and results.Core outcomes:
Host multiple weekly TikTok Live sessions that drive measurable engagement and sales.
Film, edit, and publish 3-5 native TikTok videos per week aligned with campaign goals.
Analyze content performance and iterate to improve reach, retention, and conversion.
Collaborate with marketing leadership to plan live calendars and trend-based content.
Uphold brand voice, aesthetic, and FTC-compliant creator standards.
Requirements
3 + years in TikTok content creation and live hosting (e-commerce brands is a must).
Proven ability to film, edit, and publish native short-form video content.
Proficiency with mainstream mobile video editing software (CapCut, InShot, or TikTok native editor).
Reliable wired internet connection (25 Mbps +) with backup option.
Familiarity with beauty or consumer product categories.
