Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create engaging, sensitive and accurate content for diverse online platforms with measurable outcomes and targets
• Devise concepts for short, informative and issue-based video and infographic production
• Ability to be able turn data into engaging visual and/or written content
• Use detailed analytics to inform our digital strategy and create/monitor targets
• Update and maintain a number of issue-based websites
• Increase exposure and traffic to our websites and social media platforms
• Prepare all materials with a meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications and Experience:
• At least 1 to 2 years in a Journalism, Social Media, Communications or similar role
• At least 1 to 2 years Graphic Design and Adobe Creative Suite experience
• Social Media skills including content distribution, curation and management
• Writing and editing skills including content development, production, copyediting and proofreading
• Highly competent in MS Office products
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven ability to write clearly, succinctly and persuasively
• Experience with issue-based social media campaigns
• Highly developed interpersonal and communications skill
• Proven time management skills
