Create 25 to 30 short videos each month
Design and publish daily content including reels, carousels, posts, and stories
Plan weekly content ideas and tell us what to film
Turn raw footage into edited clips
Write hooks, captions, titles, and simple scripts
Use AI tools like OpusClip, Blotato, Blaze AI, Real Farms, and HeyGen to speed up production
Post on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Track performance and post more of what works
You own the content engine from ideas to finished posts.What You Need
A portfolio with real short form videos and carousels that performed
Content creation experience, not just management
Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
Understanding of analytics, SEO basics, and paid social practices
Comfortable using AI tools to speed up production
Able to work Mon-Fri 8-5 pm CST
Key Metrics
Posting consistency: 2 to 4 posts per day
