Description
Rapidly growing marketing agency is currently looking for a seasoned Social Media Ads Manager (Facebook and LinkedIn) who is highly skilled in managing all aspects of media buying campaigns. This person needs to be experienced in everything from strategy to day-to-day execution. Working closely with our existing team, our new Social Media Ads Manager will be in charge of carrying out all campaigns from start to finish, monitoring daily, and optimizing campaigns for maximum performance.
• This person needs to have extensive experience managing large budgets with positive ROI/ROAS. Must be able to establish a holistic strategy and evaluate the entire user experience for optimization opportunities.
• Not just looking for someone to run ads, instead this role will be responsible for driving conversions for our clients.
• Must be a dedicated researcher with the ability to develop comprehensive buyer avatars that support your targeting, allowing you to drive the most relevant traffic and maximize return on ad spend.
• This person must be able to evaluate ad performance and allocate budget to the highest performing ads while continually testing new variants to try to beat those top performers.
• Ability to evaluate landing pages associated with each ads campaign and identify conversion rate optimizations preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Facebook and LinkedIn tracking pixels and the ability to create detailed custom conversions is mandatory. Must be able to track conversions through the entire funnel and optimize based on those conversions.
• Must be able to work until 10 am pacific standard time. Must have excellent communication skills and be responsible, reliable and trustworthy. English speaking is a must. We are looking for someone to grow with our rapidly expanding team.
• 3-5 years PPC experience is a plus. Looking for a true expert only.
