Hello soon-to-be teammate! Our Client is currently looking to expand our global team by adding a part-time to full-time Social Media Administrator. As our social media administrator you'll make sure all of the team's incredible creative assets for our clients gets properly inputted into a scheduler for various social media platforms. If you're confident in your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and quick speed to adapt/learn please read on!
Required Skills & Experience
At least 1 year of experience as a virtual assistant.
Impeccable communication and written English skills are required.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), GSuite Apps, and in scheduling appointments/updating calendars using Google Calendar.
Experience with remote tools, cloud services, and online social networking channels especially LinkedIn.
Strong admin, time-management, and organizational skills.
Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information, in addition to creating reports.
Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
Can handle confidential employer and client information
Job Responsibilities
Manage executive appointments and calendars.
Respond to messages on social media channels and on emails.
Confirm and follow up on executive appointments through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
Make arrangements and make necessary calls to ensure everything is organized.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to execute tasks and relay information.
Organize events and other important activities of the business.
Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity, including email newsletters and event assets.
Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
Performing other duties when needed.
System Requirements
At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for back-up
A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor and at least 4 GB RAM with a webcam
Noise-canceling USB Headset
Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
Smartphone.
