QUALIFICATIONS:
Engineering Graduate (preferably ECE/Electronics)
Experience in SMT/PCB assembly process
Experience in new product introduction
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs, schedules and accomplishes tests of processes as assigned.
Performs monitoring of critical process variables. Provides analysis and recommendations.
Attends to technical inquiries. Provides process troubleshooting support. Makes technical recommendations. Develops process work instructions or procedures.
Participates in multi-functional teams by providing process analysis to address customer concerns and in all new or re-designed product pilot runs to evaluate processes.
Supervises Process Technician in the performance of their duties. Appraises and implements coaching or recommends training for the professional development of direct reports. Engages direct reports in problem-solving to address customer concerns.
Coordinates with the Line Technician on machine, tools, jigs related works needed for evaluation, improvements, and customer complaints action related issue.
Performs other tasks under his/her field of competency.
