1. At least 2 years of experience with SMT equipment in SMT/PCB assembly
2. Knowledgeable in the set-up, maintenance, and operate PCB assembly machines to manufacture circuit boards, including but not limited to:
· Screen printing Machines
· Solder Paste Inspection Machine
· Chip Mounting Machines
· IC Placer Machine
· Reflow Oven
· Automated Optical Inspection
· Soldering Wave Machine
Job Description:
· Routine inspection and maintenance of equipment.
· Inspection of SMT/PCBAs defects or against standards
· Maintain tooling and consumable supply inventory.
· Independently perform verifications and document results in a clear, precise, and complete manner.
· Soldering proficiency including IPC or JSTD certification is a plus.
