Must be Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or related field.
With 3 years experience as SMT Equipment Engineer
Maintenance schedule arrangement & management of motorized equipment
Failure analysis, maintenance & servicing of mechanical and metering equipment
Trouble shooting on related SMT equipment (DEK, Panasonic NPM mounter, Rehm reflow welding, selective wave soldering, Asymtek three anti-coating machine, etc.)\
On-line debugging of SMT device program (DEK printing, Panasonic NPM)
Assist in SMT quality abnormalities
Experience in manufacturing with lead and lead-free process chemical streams
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans.
