A workspace and facilities that boost productivity and combat stress Global work experience from the comfort of your home (country) Career development and overall workplace happiness Key Tasks: Regular processing of bank data feeds including matching transactions Manual processing of transactions where data feeds are not available Creating and/or updating transaction rules to assist in the matching of regular transactions Preparing queries for unmatched/unknown transactions with the SMSF Client Managers Reconciliation of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet entries including referencing to supporting documents Workpaper preparation for SMSF Audit purposes Preparation of activity statements (where required) Preparation of transfer balance account reporting (TBAR) for lodgement with the ATO Finalisation of SMSF Annual Return Ability to meet specific workflow scheduling deadlines along with ATO due dates and other reporting requirements General administrative tasks Systems: Class Super - SMSF specific accounting software (cloud-based) to prepare financial statements and tax returns. A login will be provided to the employee to access the software BGL Simple Fund 360 - SMSF specific accounting software (cloud-based) to prepare financial statements and tax returns.
