Job Description
1. Provides technical support in the set-up, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of production equipment, jigs, fixtures, tooling's, etc. needed during production.
2. Supports Process/Maintenance engineer in the formulation of working instructions, and visual aids which serve as guidelines in the manufacturing of products.
3. Works with cross-fuctional team during PFMEA & Control Plan review.
4. Conducts qualification of equipment, jigs, tooling's, and fixtures prior to production release.
5. Conducts preventive maintenance of assigned process equipment to satisfy product quality and operational standards.
6. Works with Process/Maintenance Engineer during engineering evaluation run, generates report and recommendation.
7. Performs the installation and set-up of new production assembly machines.
8. Maintains all spare parts requirements and plans for the availability of spare parts stock at optimum level.
9. Supports Engineer in change for new products during sample production.
