We do this through our four-pillar Diamond Program which consists of: 1) good breeding & genetics, 2) complete healthcare 3) sound management and 4) excellent nutrition & feeding.Job DescriptionResponsible for performing a wide range of support tasks in the meat factory - including handling, slaughtering and processing livestock, packing, operating, processing and rendering equipment, warehousing and dispatching products. He/ she is required to comply with all personnel safety, food safety, quality, and sanitation standards set by the company.QualificationsEducation:
At least high school graduate
Experience:
Experience working in a meat factory is preferred, but not required.
Other Requirements:CRITICAL SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Detail-oriented with good organizing and coordination skills
