Assess gaming machine problem and perform repair, troubleshooting and preventive.
Perform game update per machine as requested (memory replacement).
Timely request of parts for the repair and troubleshooting of machines.
Surrender defective parts and return spare parts of machines to Stock Department.
Properly arrange and install the Machines, cables and systems upon delivery.
Perform data collection and updates on the machine/server as required.
Graduate of any Computer related course or Computer Technical Vocational Course
With knowledge in Hardware, Software and LAN troubleshooting
Willing to travel and be assigned in other areas (if needed)
Willing to work on shifting schedule, holidays, weekends
Willing to be trained in Pasig City
