SITE TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
 
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
With at least 4 years of work experience 
Preferably license Civil Engineer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be keen on details
Proficient in computer software applications (Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
Can work with less supervision
Reliable, Honest and Friendly
Must be sharp, fast, dedicated to her work, results oriented and willing to render overtime in order to complete the scheduled assigned tasks, if necessary.
Willing to work in Cebu City site area
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, weekly, monthly, construction related reports in coordination with other engineers & the Project Manager
Answer emails and construction related concern
Assist the Project Manager in all construction related paper works
Prepare site operations related memorandums
Keep track and update construction progress report in coordination with various engineers/architects
Conduct follow up inspection on completed works and to verify reported progress
Other tasks assigned
