Description
 Provides support to the Site Manager in managing construction activities at the site
 Supervises and instructs the construction team as well as subcontractors
 Inspects construction site regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
 Educates site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol
 Enforces site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries
 Handles site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol
 Maintains an accurate record of construction employee attendance
 Evaluates the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed
 Analyzes blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications
 Recommends changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency
Other duties as may be assigned
