About the role
The Site Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team at a specific real estate development site. This role involves managing client interactions, coordinating sales activities, overseeing on-site marketing efforts, and ensuring that sales processes run smoothly. The Site Sales Coordinator serves as a vital link between the sales team, clients, and management.
 
What you'll be doing
Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by coordinating sales activities and managing client inquiries.
Prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports to support the sales process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, providing information about available properties and answering questions in site.
Schedule and coordinate property showings and open house events.
Assist sales agreements and related documentation in a timely manner when inhouse seller is not available during walk-in.
What we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales support, real estate, or a similar role is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of real estate principles and practices is an advantage.
