Responsibilities:
Implement the approved plans and designs assigned for the project
Manage the manpower required for the construction of his project assignments in a sound engineering process and manner
Manage/supervise site workers in accomplishing and completing projects with high quality, on time and within the budget
Ensure that all works, schedule and expenses are well-monitored and kept within the approved schedule, quality and budget
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
Prepare and submit required reports and documents such as cutting list, bill of materials, bill of quantity (design versus actual), daily progress report, as-built photos, site instructions, memo and other relevant documents
Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
