QUALIFICATIONS
Education: College Graduate, preferably Engineering or Architecture Graduate, License not required, but would be an
advantage.
Experience: Three years' experience in related field
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Coordinator
1.1 Ensuring project deadlines are met.
1.2 Determining project changes.
1.3 Providing administrative support as needed.
1.4 Undertaking project tasks as required.
1.5 Developing project strategies.
1.6 Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each
project.
1.7 Collaboration with site installation leadman / supervisor / subcon with regards to site issues / concern.
2. Safety
2.1 Knowledge in Industrial Safety;
2.2 Participates in safety meetings, trainings and seminars; and
2.3 Disseminates safety measures relevant to warehouse, production and installation activities
3. Reports to be Submitted
3.1 Daily Project status / update.
3.2 Weekly Project Monitoring.
3.3 Copy of Backload Monitoring for project
