SITE/PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
Works with team members, top Management & Supervisors to develop, drive, and implement project goals
Communicates and manage deliverables across all projects
Documents and Track project accomplishments and development
Organize and prepares necessary materials, manpower, and tools related to the project
Ensuring project deadlines are met
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
Creates project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
Providing administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
With at least 1 year of proven experience as Site Coordinator/Project Coordinator
Preferably someone knowledgeable in woodworking, and has strong familiarity with Space Planning and home furnishing.
Knowledgeable in site and production planning
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
High critical thinking
Has a strong personality, is confident, and can work under pressure
Computer literate
Can start immediately
