Job Description:
1. Provides first-aid treatment and medications for employees as needed.
2. Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
3. Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendation like sent
home or back to work.
4. Consults and coordinates with health care team (OSHC) members to asses plan, implement and
evaluate patient care plans.
5. Purchases prescribed medicines for the UBI officers.
6. Works with health care team (OSHC) to plan and implement programs designed to improve the
overall health of employees.
7. Refers/transports ill employees to the hospital as necessary.
8. Conducts regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
9. Creates health and safety awareness among employees.
10. Schedules and implements annual/periodical/special examination of employees.
11. Assess employee's examination results and refer to physician for management, monitor recommendations and follow through until illness is cleared.
12. Engage in research activities related to nursing.
13. Performs general affairs tasks and activities such as coordination and processing of documents.
Qualifications:
1. Must a license Nurse.
2. Good in oral and written communication skills
3. Possesses good moral character
4. Possesses strong organizational skills
5. Willing to be assigned in Region 10 project.
