JOB DESCRIPTION
The Site Locator is in charge of identifying and processing sites for ChiporiPH Inc.  This includes the finding suitable sites for the following food brands - - Chipori, The Big Z Burger House, World Coffee and soon, Yasuyakimen and WBR Bistro. The job also includes overseeing construction/expansion and extending assistance to the franchisees in acquiring the necessary permits for operations.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Site Location
Identifying sites for Chipori – restaurant package, counter type package, island kiosk package. The Big Z Burger House – modernized burger house package, stand-alone kiosk package, standard store package, food cart package based on the pre-existing checklist
Fieldwork to validate the suitability of sites (including counting foot traffic and commercial establishments) 
2.Overseeing Renovation
Coordinating with the Franchise Owners and contractor; overseeing site construction
JOB QUALIFICATION
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Fieldwork ready -Able to perform work in the field. About 20% of the Site Locator’s work will be office-based.
Organizational skills-Able to plan, prioritize, and manage different tasks on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Attention to detail-Able to follow instructions, learn quickly, and perform tasks without supervision.
Initiative and the ability to work independently-Able to deliver on commitments and meet deadlines. Able to spot opportunities to expand the food brands.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree/ College graduate / College Level
A hard worker with the right attitude
Minimum of 1 year experience (fieldwork) required. Familiarity in NCR and neighboring provinces is a PLUS
Owns a motorcycle and with a valid driver’s license
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Exposure to the outdoor climate of Metro Manila
The number of working hours is fixed but the actual hours may adjust based on operational requirements
Will administratively report to the Central Headquarters in Marikina but will spend 80% of his/her time in the field.
