JOB SUMMARY:
 
Perform activities in the human resource area. Includes Recruitment and Selection. Employee Relation and Engagement, Performance Management and Training and Development.
 
TASK/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process employees' employment movement such as transfers, promotions, demotions, and terminations.
Administer employees' performance evaluations
Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training, and health and safety programs.
Oversee human resource development programs
Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
Facilitate due process
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee resignation and/or termination.
Analyze job duties and update job descriptions
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
Oversee administration of the Corporate Code of Conduct
Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks and performance evaluation forms.
Prepare timekeeping records of employees for payroll.
Protect employee and organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Update employment records
Compliance with government agencies (such as DOLE, SSS. Philhealth and Pag-Ibig) requisites.
Other tasks assigned
SPECIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
With 2-4 years work experience in related field
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule (midshift).
In-depth understanding with Human Resources processes.
In-depth understanding on Labor Laws.
High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability
Excellent attention to details
Good to Excellent Interpersonal Skills
With Good to excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Application
Team player with leadership skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
