Shall be fluent in English and have a College/University Degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil or Architectural Engineering. Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the building construction and maintenance as general foreman in a direct supervisory capacity handling multi-craft crews. He must have a valid Driving License.
