Knowledge and experience in doing cost estimates in the general construction industry.
Familiar in the Construction business processes.
Knowledgeable in the provisions of road, building, etc., government codes.
Well versed with regards to concepts, management, and implementation of civil structural procedures.
Capable of communicating to all levels in the organization and able to communicate and express ideas clearly.
Know-how in computer applications and other office applications.
Capable of utilizing various tools in problem-solving.
Can manage various tasks simultaneously.
Understanding and awareness of health and safety rules and regulations of the company.
Can apply 5S programs in the workplace.
