Job Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree of Civil Engineering or its equivalent
Preferably a PRC Licensed Engineer,
Must at least 5 years of relevant experience
With experience with LAND DEVELOPMENT is a must, and with housing experience familiarity, is a plus.
Must possess good communication skills
Must be result oriented
Can start immediately
Job Descriptions
Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
Experience:
Site Engineer: 5 years (Required)
