Project Assignments:
Balud, San Fernando
Cordova
Bohol
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, assign tasks, monitor progress, and address any concerns.
Oversee material deliveries and on-site inventory to ensure timely availability and prevent shortages.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports detailing construction activities, milestones, and challenges.
Maintain accurate records of labor hours, material usage, and equipment utilization for cost control.
Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety briefings, and address unsafe practices in collaboration with safety officers.
Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards to maintain a secure work environment.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure all construction work meets required specifications and standards.
Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
A professional license in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field is an advantage.
Proficient in project management systems, formworks technology, MS Outlook, MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
Knowledgeable in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and QA/QC.
Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented with strong technical expertise.
Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative.
Ability to work within budget and deadlines while understanding the impact on project profitability.
MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) engineering experience is a plus.
