Position: Site Supervisor (Male)
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Site Supervisor with a background in civil engineering and a minimum of 1 year of experience in construction. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.
Key Qualifications:
Education:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in construction.
• Skills:
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrated ability to read and create technical plans.
Software Proficiency:
Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
Problem-Solving:
A quick thinker and adept problem solver.
Time Management:
Strong time management skills to ensure project timelines are met.
Confidence:
Confidence in his craft, with a solid understanding of construction processes.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
• Ensure projects are executed according to plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with the project team to address challenges and find effective solutions.
• Utilize technical skills to interpret and generate construction plans.
• Proficient use of SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office for project documentation.
• Maintain a high standard of safety and quality on-site.
