Job Responsibilities:
•Knowledgeable with construction standards specifically with the proper methodology of structural projects.
•Ability to manage the assigned project successfully and achieve all project goals within the given constraints.
•Proficient in providing project deliverables and complying with the different required reports on time.
• Monitor project requirements in terms of materials, equipment, tools, manpower, and funding ensuring all required materials are delivered to the worksite.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing, information and trends and recommending actions.
• Manage on-site constructions including supervising the workers to meet the required target deliverable with quality.
Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering, board passer is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in the related field
• Must be willing to be assigned to a project site
• Must knows how to drive and has a driver's license
• Excellent leadership skills, communication skills and decision-making
• Has various work experience in structural or ground-up projects
