Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Civil Engineer
At least 1-3 years Project Management Experience
Must be honest, trainable, and highly motivated
Must be able to work with less supervision, efficient and well organized
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Autocad and Sketchup
Job Description:
Monitors and checks subcontractor's workmanship and accomplishments in accordance to given schedule.
Communicates with other stakeholders when there are conflicts or discrepancies on the design drawings as against actual site construction.
Updates as built plans if there are minor changes.
Address site problems/concerns to Immediate Head.
Other functions that may be assigned by top management to reinforce/sustain the above duties and responsibilities.
