Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Supervise project site on a day to day basis including submission of daily Progress report
Plan the work & oversee the requisition of Materials .Responsible in Specification of construction of Materials and workmanship. Tools and Equipment
Prepares cost estimates & ensure appropriate materials & tools available.
Knowledge in computer software for construction bills of materials and plans.
Maintain regular communication meetings with the designer & management for the progress of the project. Handle contractors and its workers in implementation of project sites
Hard worked and flexible in construction job. Strictly implement the proper specifications requirements
Check the quality conformance of the construction of housing and land development if it conform with plans and specifications.
Issue notice of defects.
Perform test on all materials source and deliveries if in accordance with the specifications.
Knowledge in real estate housing and Land development.
Result Oriented. With Construction Safety for implementations. Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
