Ensuring, project meets agreed specifications, budget and or timescales
Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork's
Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD & MS OFFICE
Conducting Tool Box meeting
Liaising with SUBCON, LGU or 3rd Party
Implementation and Monitoring of 5S
Job Qualifications
BS Civil Engineering Graduate
License is a plus
3 Years' experience in Horizontal and Vertical Structures (Housing & Land Development Construction)
Excellent Team Worker
Technical knowledge of construction project
High attention to detail
Strong Communication Skills both written and oral
Clean Driving License
