Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering preferably a Licensed Engineer
· At least 1-5 years working experience in construction or the same field.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
· Manage, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
· Conduct site inspection and daily photographs.
· Prepare documents like method statements, inspection request, non-conformance and others.
· Supervise and monitor subcontractor's activity, manpower, equipment and tools
· Prepare weekly, bi-weekly and three months schedule.
· Can read drawings.
· Prepare estimates.
· Attend inspection with client and consultant.
