SITE ENGINEER
Qualification:
With 1-2 years experience and must have a license
Job Description, Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:
Do project plan monitoring
Catch up plans for delays activities per sites.
Site monitoring on actual versus plan on progress.
Daily sites monitoring per progress of work.
Should care about the deadline of the project not only technical matters.
You are in charge of subcontractor- electrical, plumbing etc. (check their works)
Will make progress report
Follow-up Materials and request
Double check the Attendance
Double check materials received in the site
Check the work if implemented base on the plan
Check the quality of the work
Check the plan
Take notes the change order and additional works
Perform other related task that may assigned from time to time
