Knowledgeable in project management systems, formworks technology, MS Outlook, MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
Knowledgeable in cost estimate/quantity/surveying, QA/QC
Must be a team player with good relationship-building skills, average communication skills. Highly technical with an eye for detail.
Must have strong initiative and a problem solver.
Has the ability to work within budget and deadline and understand how actions can affect the profitability of a project.
Can easily adapt to a complex or hybrid culture.
Willing to be assigned in San Fernando Cebu.
