JOB DESCRIPTION:
Implements policies, standards, and timelines for all the action steps of the Project Management process.
Provides data to the Head of Operations & Engineering for the completion of the Construction Progress Report and highlight concerns/challenges that the team is facing and propose strategic actions/initiatives to address the concerns.
Provides data to the Head of Operations & Engineering for the progress schedule current, review schedule status, and job costs at least once each month.
Ensures that all MEPF / Structural / Civil / Architectural Works are completed within the given SLA and Timelines and based on the approved construction drawings and maintains a high standard of quality control at all times.
Evaluate Construction progress and Billings of Contractors including attending all technical meetings for the purpose of discussing job progress and problem areas.
Monitors and evaluates the contractors and all technical operations activities. Including timely submission and approval of queries and submittals. Quantity take-offs and due diligence based on approved plans and specifications.
Addresses concerns and issues brought up by the Property Management Team during the Testing & Commissioning Phase and the Hand-Over and Punch listing phase.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a four (4) year Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Architectural course
Licensed EE, ME, CE, or Architect
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction management role
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a real estate & property development or construction company
Willing to work in Cebu City
