Responsibilities:
Site Management:
Supervise day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet quality standards.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to address any deviations from project requirements.
Technical Oversight:
Interpret and understand project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Provide technical guidance to the construction team and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Schedule and Budget Monitoring:
Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing any potential delays or cost overruns.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to create a safe working environment.
Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections, addressing any safety concerns promptly.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Client Communication:
Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction with project progress.
Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about project milestones and timelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
With at least 3 years experience in Construction
With at least 2 years experience In bored piling works
Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
