Coordination to subcontractor regarding work accomplishments.
Evaluation of subcontractors weekly work accomplishment.
Promoting the best construction practices
Prepares schedule and actual accomplishment of a project.
Controls and monitors actual delivery and withdrawal of materials at job site.
Communicates with project consultant and owner regarding the status and problems encountered on the
project.
Project Management, with knowledge in using MS Office, Primavera and Autocad
With Good Leadership Skills, Has very good communication and presentation skills, Exposed on Construction /Operations,
Summary of role requirements:
Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays
2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Working rights required for this role
