Job Description:
Responsible for proper installation of all MEFPS system based on approved plans and specifications.
Ensure that the planning and implementation is approved by the Management.
Prepare and evaluate technical drawings and specifications of electrical systems.
Responsible for the design, implement, maintain, conducts tests, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, and components.
Site monitoring and inspection of installation works.
Ensures that building rules and regulations, safety and uninterrupted service to the building and its tenants are complied with at its best.
Create shop drawings (as required)
Conducts regular routine inspection of the project.
Coordinates and monitors contractors regarding Change Orders
Responsible for reporting, costing, and scheduling.
Preparing RFA and RFI relating to MEFPS.
Ensure that the construction schedule of the project is within the contract timescale.
Responsible for proper execution of work schedule.
Responsible for making accomplishment reports and documents required by the project.
Given tasks are not limited to the abovementioned job descriptions but to the extents on the field of construction.
Qualifications:
Graduate of B.S. Electrical Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in the related field.
Familiar with batteries, electrical wirings, and standards
Able to evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications.
Can do design testing and troubleshooting.
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
With experience in handling MEPFS.
Advance computer skills with M.S. Office.
