We are hiring a Site Director to lead our 500+ person operation in Angeles City. In this role you will lead and unite our People, Operations, Quality, Learning & Development, and Project Management Teams. Managing across all functions, you will have the unique opportunity to use your holistic view to drive initiatives, collaboration and efficiency for optimal performance across all business units. You will be fully accountable for the performance of the site and our ability to deliver our company goals, client objectives and service expectations.
Responsibilities:
Participate in strategic planning with the client's governance team to shape the customer support roadmap. Define the action plan, set clear objectives and understand the resources needed to deliver the expected results. Run regular business reviews to report on progress to plan.
Build a value driven relationship with the client, delivering industry leading customer experience for their users. Continually evolve service metrics and improve performance against key results. Adapt and innovate to meet customer success objectives to optimise sales and retention efforts.
Chair the 'Angeles Governance Team'. Partner with your direct reports to review business results, identify areas of improvement and cross functional initiatives where targeted collaboration will accelerate business performance, increase efficiency, and cost effectiveness of each team.
Oversee our business change agenda. Think strategically and operationally to analyse policies, processes and practices, then use project management best practice to create, document, control and execute a broad spectrum of simultaneous change.
Focus on employee development, retention and satisfaction. Create a culture where behaviours and performance are recognised and rewarded. Keep connected to employee satisfaction, running regular surveys and taking action to improve the working environment for our team.
Use data to grow a performance centric culture. Devise the quarterly OKRs for the site, establish business metrics across all teams, introduce scorecards for all projects and initiatives, and define the expected performance metrics for each role and increase visibility of real time results.
Partner with Finance on the site level P&L. Oversee the cost centre managers to ensure planning and budgeting is completed, fiscal processes and procedures are adhered to, and that any deviation from the plan is documented, justified and approved by Finance.
