Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Responsible for all CME works.
Responsible for conducting PREPAT and PAT.
Oversees the progress of the project from day 1 to completion.
In-charge of the implementation of the assigned permanent scope of works of the project operation plan according to the contract document and specifications,
Responsible for the controls associated with the identified risk of the assigned scope of works of the project.
Directs and supervises the assigned sub-contractor work safely, quality and schedule.
Coordinates with the client's representative on matters related to the assigned scope of work.
Prepares and submits accomplishment reports.
Prepares supporting documents for billing based on the approved contract.
Company use of professional license including but not limited to PCAB renewal.
Performs all other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
