Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible in executing the implementation of various retail development store expansion of Cebu Home and Builders Centre and managing construction projects from conceptual design phase through completion of construction.
Responsible for site planning and development to ensure that projects comply with zoning, environmental, and safety requirements and monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Make reports to keep COO/GM informed about the status of the project.
Monitor owner supplied materials and collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcome and development budgets.
Maintain documentation of site activities.
Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines.
Performs other related functional duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications:
A graduate  of BS Architecture (preferably with license)
At least 5 years experience in Project Management of vertical structures or design implementation projects.
Keen to details, and highly organized.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
Good time management skills.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Budget management skills and proficiency.
Professional judgement and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field.
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
