JOB DESCRIPTION:
Execution of Construction Drawings
Daily Monitoring of activities (logbook) / coordination with Subcontractor - manpower, materials, equipment/tools (quarterly targets)
Prepares, Monitor, Checks and Controls materials requisitions
Weekly preparation of Progress Billing to labor-only sub-contractors.
Checking of progress billing to sub-contractor (labor and materials)
Monthly submission of Inventory Report for tools and equipment (1st day of the following month)
Daily Checking of Timekeeping Reports (Actual Attendance of Workers)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Civil Engineering.
Site experience in real estate construction company is preferred.
Knows how to prepare progress billing and progress report.
Knowledgeable in residential is preferred.
Must know how to drive 2 wheels or 4 wheels.
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
Commission pay
Overtime pay
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
Lipa, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
