SITE ARCHITECT
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's/College graduate degree in Architecture or Bachelor's/College graduate degree in Interior Design.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
1-2 years professional experience in architectural, retail planning environment, or interior store design, or other related field.
Well-versed in Architectural Software (Autocad, Sketch-Up and VRay) is a must
Strong design presentation skills
Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to interact within and outside groups, and
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Products, and Photoshop.
Full-Time position(s) available.
JOB SUMMARY
Attends coordination meetings as necessary to ensure the smooth transition of works;
Qualify/Punch listing of Physical Unit status for Acceptance
Surveys and validates on-going and completed units/properties prior to its delivery/turnover to our clients;
Make sure that units are complete prior to Turnover
Prepares and oversee the units for turnover to our clients;
Coordinates with clients before/during/after turnover; with designated responsibilities
Keeps a complete record of all pertinent documents, and disseminates copies for the reference of all concerned;
 Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Work location is at HM Tower, Cebu I.T. Park, Cebu City
Work Schedule is Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:36pm
