Negotiate lease acquisitions and lease amendments required for telecommunications installations.
Quality control, data entry, and tracking of site candidate packages, tower leases and amendments, and other site acquisition documentation.
Prepare and update site status reports, databases, and site close-out packages, and attend client meetings or deployment calls as required.
Assist management in tracking and reporting site acquisition, self-performing revenue and market credit, and preparing client billing.
Perform other job-related duties as the management may assign from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS in Office Management or Marketing or any 4-year related course;
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
Trainable and must be willing to learn;
Average communications skills, both written and verbal;
Preferably a resident of PANAY ISLAND PROVINCES;
Applicants must be willing to travel to any part of VISAYAS.
With driving skills and must possess a valid driver's license, preferably with a motorcycle.
Perform other job-related duties as the management may assign from time to time.
The position is urgent, candidates must be willing to start ASAP.
