With at least 1 related work experience, telecommunications background is an advantage.
Possesses the following skills; Negotiation, Bargaining, Time Management ROW, LGU/DPWH/HOA/ Private Entities and Local Government permits, Project Management .
Job Description:
Shall work along with the SAQ Manager to resolve any conflicts that arise during permitting and shall track multiple, concurrent permit submittals.
Makes sure that the target dates demanded by clients are met based on the project schedule and evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve efficiency of execution of site acquisition program.
