• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least 15 years of experience in LGU/HOA permitting.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned, and handle NCR
• Role is more on client interface
