Description
The Network Development Specialist is responsible for providing overall business development in the brand by ensuring the best site selection and acquisition, location leadership, and trade area dominance.
Identifying possible sites for fuel stations while conducting feasibility study.
Negotiating with lot owners to lease or purchase target sites.
Transacting and validating documents needed for lease or purchase contracts.
Processing and complying with the mandatory government requirements for properties.
Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course.
At least 1 year of experience in site acquisition.
Must have a Driver's License and can drive any type of vehicle.
With good interpersonal and communication skills.
Amenable to mainly work in Cebu City, but must be able to go around Cebu if needed.
